Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and uuuok ("uuuok", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the uuuok website at https://uuuok.bet, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and related services. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on uuuok, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players who access or use the uuuok platform in any capacity. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account if one exists. Account Registration and Security

uuuok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these registration conditions, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity.

Deposits and Withdrawals

uuuok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment methods made available on the platform. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit per transaction varies by payment method and is displayed at the time of deposit.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in permanent account suspension.

Bonuses and Promotions

uuuok may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.

• Bonus funds and winnings from bonus play are separate from real-money balances. Real-money funds are used first in any wager. Bonus funds cannot be transferred to other players or converted to cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on uuuok and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit bonus structures, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Using the platform to launder money or engage in any financial crime, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage, including placing bets on clearly erroneous odds or game parameters.
• Registering using false, stolen, or fabricated identity information, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit and verifiable consent.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take immediate effect and can only be decreased instantly; increases require a cooling-off period before taking effect.

Nothing in this clause limits uuuok's right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent prohibited conduct.
